Course Description
This workshop is designed to take participants through the process of strategic planning, using participation, consensus building, and critical product assessment tools as the primary guiding principles. The workshop is composed of modular exercises; in total we propose six modules. In order to achieve maximum benefit from the workshop, there will also be pre-course work and post programme support, to ensure that the ideas/ knowledge gained after the workshop are implemented in the workplace. Post course support is provided via optional one to one coaching sessions to enable participants to apply the workshop content to their workplace
