Course Description
This workshop provides a foundation framework on effective business planning. The emphasis in the workshop will be on a pragmatic road map for the development of an effective plan. Content area will indicate but not be limited to:

• Links to existing strategic framework
• Business history and context
• Product and service line analysis
• Market analysis and competition
• Marketing Plan
• Operational Structures and staffing
• Financial Projection and assumption
• Action Implementation Plan

The workshop will also cover assessment of key performance measures, KPIs, monitoring and reporting
