Business Models
Course Type : Course
Course Length : half-day public course or one day course (in house)
Course dates : August/September
Course Description
Effective business models are increasingly being seen as the key to growth and profitability. For example, in a recent edition of the Harvard Business Review which contained a special section on business models, one contributor concluded that: "Strategy has been the primary building block of competitiveness over the past three decades, but in the future, the quest for sustainable advantage may well begin with the business model."
This is an intensive one day workshop offers you simple and effective tools for understanding, designing, reworking, and implementing business models that could transfer your idea into a profitable business. You will learn how to systematically understand, design, and implement a new business model — or analyse and renovate old ones.
