Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most widely used personality profiling tool in the world. It has been translated into more than 30 languages.  It helps us to understand normal differences in healthy people and how these differences affect behaviour.

Organisations use MBTI to enhance effective communications between supervisors, peers, employees and customers, to help staff understand and adapt to differences in leadership/management style, and to improve teamwork, leveraging individuals’ natural strengths.
