The overall focus of risk management is to improve the awareness and mitigation of risks that may impact on an entity and prevent it entity from meeting its objectives.

Our Risk Management Reviews are an assessment of your organisation, identifying critical strategic, operational and financial risks.  Our approach is to identify risks, assess the likelihood of these risks occurring and their potential impact.  The final step is to assess the appropriateness of the controls that are in place to mitigate or control risks and suggest improvements to these controls.
