The new Polson Higgs Christchurch office on Worcester Boulevard is featured in the latest issue of Trends Magazine.

Staff are proud to be working in a 5 Star Green Star rated space that is recognized for its innovation and style.  Stephen Spence, Business Services Assistant Manager, was involved from the early stages of the move and for him, watching the design fit-out and transformation from an empty space into a user-friendly, efficient and attractive office has been fascinating.  “Seeing the plans become reality has been really interesting", he says, “It was an enormous project with multiple teams of professionals involved, all working together to meet the needs of Polson Higgs".

"After several months we have settled in and made it our own, enjoying the light and bright space, the balconies and the flow.  Clients are enjoying the various meeting room environments, and the coloured LED lights in the toilet taps are always a talking point!".
