Christchurch New Office Launch

On November 5th the new Polson Higgs Christchurch office was opened and over 70 clients attended.  It was an opportunity to enjoy the view and good weather out on the two balconies as well as catch up with partners and senior staff and to look around the new office space. Encompassing two floors of the 11 floor building, it is the first of its type to be rated ‘green’ in the South Island. Cutting edge heating/cooling and recycling methods are in play and although the overall foot print is smaller than the previous Clarendon Tower location, the space is utilised more efficiently to enable better flow, more connectivity between spaces and more comfortable and spacious client meeting areas. The office is well placed on Worcester Boulevard opposite Christchurch Art Gallery parking.
