Polson Higgs Client Survey

A big thank you to all of our clients who contributed to our recent client survey. It is very helpful to receive feedback directly from our clients and we will now look to use that feedback to continue to improve our services. The results of the survey were very positive and, we believe, reflect our commitment to providing top level service to our clients. We measured 17 aspects of our performance on a 7 point satisfaction scale and all had mean scores of 5 or better, including 12 with means scores of 6 or better. The top five aspects were: |

Clients’ comments and suggestions are telling us that identifying opportunities to improve their business is an area which, while we perform well in, we need to continue to focus on. We are therefore looking at further initiatives to deliver on this expectation. The ultimate measure of client satisfaction is willingness to recommend our services to others and we are delighted that 94.1% of our clients said they would recommend Polson Higgs to other people. Another 5% said they might or might not, depending on circumstances. The survey also provided us with a lot of valuable information about how clients would like us to communicate with them and we will be using their suggestions to improve our communications processes with clients. To encourage participation, we offered a prize of 1 dozen bottles of Mt Difficulty Wines. We congratulate the lucky winner, Richard Thomas.
