Noel has a wide range of business services clients, but has developed a particular interest in working with supermarkets. His background includes extensive specialist tax consulting and advisory work in both a corporate and chartered accounting environment. In more recent times, he has been involved in a number of business sale and purchase transactions and is continuing to develop his knowledge in business and share valuations. Other specialty areas include the forestry and wood processing industries, property development and hospitality related activities. Noel can assist you with a full range of services including tax effective structuring and financing, business plans and start ups, management reporting and succession planning. Noel is a passionate Cantabrian, married with three sons. He is a keen sports fan and supporter with particular interest in cricket and rugby and developing interests in boating and fishing. Noel enjoys spending time with his family, travel and contributing to his local community in sports and education. Noel holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Otago. He is a member of the College of Chartered Accountants of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
