Frank is responsible for the tax team in Christchurch, which advises New Zealand-based and non-resident businesses and high net worth individuals on tax compliance issues and tax planning opportunities. Areas covered include: business structures and administration of trusts, major transactions, property acquisitions and sales, mergers / acquisitions and profit distributions.

He is a member of the Tax and Integrated Professional Development committees of the Canterbury / Westland branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is also a member of the national NZICA liaison group with the Inland Revenue Department.

Frank grew up in Dunedin, where he graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He has been based in Christchurch since 1992. He is married with three daughters. His interests include fishing, boating, skiing, cycling and mountain biking.
