Vicky Varlamova

Vicky has worked in the organisational development/ human resources consulting industry since 1999. She has a background in organisational psychology and consulting psychology and has worked with multi-national corporations in Russia and Germany. In 2004 Vicky moved with her family to New Zealand where she completed  an  MSc in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (Canterbury University). Vicky specialises in HR, Learning/Development, Knowledge Management and Leadership Development. At the present, she is developing Performance Driven Training Needs Analysis, Skill Gap Methodologies models and Leadership Development programmes.   In her spare time, Vicky enjoys reading, walking and dancing.
