Shelley is our HR Advisor, reporting directly to our CEO, as part of the Business Consulting Group. In her current role, Shelley manages a range of issues from recruitment of staff, including graduates, to managing performance and writing policy. Shelley enjoys the opportunity to work with our clients when the opportunity arises. She is a registered provider of Saville and Holdsworth psychometric assessment tools. Prior to joining Polson Higgs, she worked in government, tertiary and SOEs. She is a member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand, and HerBusiness. Shelley is an Otago University graduate with Bachelors degrees in Arts and Commerce. Shelley is married with one teenage daughter.
