Pauline is the Organisational Development Manager for Polson Higgs, specialising in recruitment, marketing, negotiation and organisational strategy.

Pauline has previously travelled and worked within the UK, Ireland, and Australia, focusing on strategic recruitment and human resources across mining and health sectors. Pauline is a University of Otago graduate, having gained a double degree with a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology).

Having settled back in Dunedin, she is married with two children and loves spending time with her family and friends. Her other interests include camping, swimming and netball.
