Debbie is a manager with Polson Higgs specialising in the area of business services. She takes an active role in the business advisory area including business mentoring and financial management. 

Debbie is a previous world long course duathlon champion and has represented New Zealand in athletics.  Debbie has been twice nominated for the Halberg Sportswoman of the year awards.
