Caroline reports directly to our Chief Executive and has key responsibility for developing the firm’s strategic marketing direction, extending our reach and building ever increasing value across our range of client interactions.

Caroline enjoys the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders in the Polson Higgs community and supporting the team to provide our clients with holistic and sustainable solutions to current business challenges and opportunities.

Prior to joining Polson Higgs in 2011, Caroline was Executive Manager of the women’s charity, Dress for Success Christchurch. Her management experience covers the corporate, not-for-profit and arts sectors where she has held roles as a manager of marketing and fundraising teams, developed successful donor programs as well as planned and implemented memorable events. She is an enthusiastic direct marketing practitioner and has a special interest in building strong local communities through cause-related marketing.

A qualified teacher of English, many of Caroline’s interests are arts-related. A mother of two “arty” teenage daughters, she also shares with her husband a passion for music. In her free time, she enjoys building on the musical knowledge from an earlier role supporting the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra, as well as continuing to enjoy the society of a wide circle of friends in the arts and business community.
